High Performance Computing
Our High Performance Computing (HPC) capabilities include:
- The design of custom hardware platforms incorporating FPGAs (Altera, Xilinx), GPUs (CUDA), and other specialized processors (Tilera, ARM, TI DSP and OMAP) for both embedded and rack mount systems.
- Algorithm and software development includes parallel processing for data intensive applications
such as stream processing, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Heterogeneous Computing and Application Acceleration with OpenCL. We have prototyped and benchmark tested the Berkley 13 dwarfs of computational complexity in OpenCL on CPU, GPU,
- HPC as a Service: We have developed a 1U rack-mount appliance in the same form factor as a typical commodity server. It includes dual CPUs and multiple slots to accommodate GPU and / or FPGA processor cards.
